6 part course on monthly Saturday mornings, led by Maitrisiddhi
We’ll explore the Buddhist approach to loving kindness and compassion, including loving kindness and mindfulness of breathing meditations. How can we work with difficult emotions and the grit of being alive, alongside developing positive emotions such as love, friendliness and joy? Come and find out!

Explore practical kindness and mindfulness along with others. If you’ve been to the Saturday, deepen your experience here – we’ll be linking the Saturday course and the Friday nights.

If you’ve come to the morning, and have some familiarity with Buddhism and know both meditations taught in Triratna, why not stay on for the afternoon too? Bring simple vegetarian/ vegan lunch to share, and get to know other meditators.
