  • Conscious Presence: Because I Love – Open to All

meditation evenings, led by Varabhadri and/or Lesley Davison

–  Fortnightly Mondays  7.00 – 9.00pm    

A journey into developing our positive emotions: love, well-wishing and kindness, and transforming our darker sides.  We’ll be exploring these areas with an approach that particularly focuses on body awareness.  This course will teach two key Buddhist meditations.

Just turn up – booking not necessary.   Meditation seating provided.

Open to all, with fully taught meditation.

  • Freedom of Heart: Meditation and Buddhism  – Open to All

7 Jul, 11 Aug         10.30am – 1pm       

monthly Saturday mornings, led by Maitrisiddhi  

We’ll explore the Buddhist approach to loving kindness and compassion, including loving kindness and mindfulness of breathing meditations.  How can we work with difficult emotions and the grit of being alive, alongside developing positive emotions such as love, friendliness and joy?  Come and find out!

  • Sangha Saturday Lunch:

If you’ve come to the morning, why not stay for lunch?  Bring simple vegetarian/ vegan lunch to share, and get to know other meditators.

And if you’ve some familiarity with Buddhism and know both meditations taught in Triratna, why not stay on for the afternoon too?
